‘You cannot survive in the industry for 25 years on the basis of family background’, said Bobby Deol on nepotism
Bollywood actor Bobby Deol is in discussion about his recent release web series Ashram. In this, he has played the role of a saint. Bobby Deol’s performance is being praised in this series made under the direction of Prakash Jha. Apart from this, the actor has completed his 25 years in the film industry. Now he has given his reaction to nepotism.
Bobby told IANS that the industry cannot be sustained for 25 years on the basis of surname. He said, “Only the family background actor cannot be allowed to live in this world of films. In this industry, you can survive in the world of films on the basis of hard work and talent. To stay in this industry, it is important for you to have a good job. Everyone comes from some family, but only your family’s name cannot let you stay in the industry for 25 years. ”
The actor further said that our parents give us good education, upbringing and everything. When children grow up, the doctor wishes to make his child a doctor, the same is for every field. Be it businessmen, be it media, everyone wants their children to follow in their footsteps. My father is an actor, so he thought the same for us. In the beginning there is an advantage but after that the journey has to be done alone.
