With the beginning of the week in the stock market, today is Monday, August 30, 2021, the second day of the September series and the markets have opened today while touching a new record high. There has been a tremendous opening in the market due to positive signals from global markets. Nifty has reached above 16,800, while Sensex is also above 56,400. With the opening of the market, the Sensex opened with a jump of 321.99 points, or 0.57%, at 56,446.71. At the same time, the Nifty gained 103.30 points, or 0.62%, and the index opened at 16,808.50.

Hindalco, Coal India and NALCO shares rose 1 per cent in the metal index. At the same time, auto stocks also remained on the edge. With the opening, 1,535 shares remained in profit, while 339 shares fell.

The biggest gain on the Sensex was recorded in Titan, Tata Steel, Maruti and M&M, while Dr Reddy, Tech Mahindra and PowerGrid opened in the red mark with the biggest fall.

Let us inform that analysts have expressed the opinion that the direction of domestic stock markets will be decided this week by macroeconomic data, vehicle sales data and global trend. A note by Samco Securities said, “The market may be affected by the economic calendar of developments. It will start with the quarterly figures of Gross Domestic Product (GDP). After that the figures of vehicle sales and manufacturing PMI will come. Apart from this, the market will keep an eye on the trend of Kovid-19 and the pace of vaccination.

On Friday, the 30-share BSE Sensex closed above the 56,000 mark for the first time. During this, the market capitalization of BSE listed companies reached its all-time high of Rs 2,43,73,800.36 crore.
