If you want to file a delayed ITR with delay

According to the Central Board of Direct Taxes, for the financial year 2020-21, if you have to file the revised ITR, revised or revised under sub-section (4) of sub-section (5) of section 139 of the IT Act, 1961. You can file till May 31, 2021.

If you have an ammount point under the Direct Tax Disputes under the Confidence Act, 2020, then you can fill it up to or before June 30, 2021.

TDS payment

If you have to make TDS payment under sections 194-IA, 194-IB, and 194M of the IT Act, then you can submit the submission till May 31, 2021. Earlier, April 30, 2021 was the last date for this.

ITR filing under section 148 notice

If you have to file ITR under section 148 notice of IT Act, 1961, then you can file your return either by the date given in the notice or till May 31, 2021. Whichever date is later, you will have to file your return by that date.

Statement of form 61

If you have to submit Form No. 61, which will contain the details of the declaration submitted under Form No. 60, then you can also do this work till or before 31 May.

If you have to file appeals

If you have to file an appeal to the Commissioner (Appeals) under Chapter XX of the IT Act, then you have to file an appeal as per the deadline set in the section or by May 31, 2021, whichever comes later. Even under section 144C, if you have to file an appeal under the Dispute Resolution Panel i.e. Dispute Resolution Panel, then you can file your appeal till the deadline given in the section or till May 31, 202, whichever comes first.
