The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has built around 1354 flats under the New Housing Scheme of 2021 (DDA Housing Scheme). It has houses from Janata Quarter (EWS) to High Income Group (HIG) and Middle Income Group (MIG) category. A large number of LIG flats are also available in it. The price of HIG3BHK has been kept by DDA from 69.62 lakhs to 2.14 crores.

HIG 2BHK-
Vasant Kunj is a flat in Sector B and Vasant Kunj is a flat in Block F. They are priced from 97.23 lakhs to 117.05 crores.
MIG 2BHK-
There are 352 flats in Dwaraka Sector 19B. There are 348 in 16B, 3 in Vasant Kunj Block B to E, 40 flats in Rohini 23, 11 in Dwaraka Sector 1, 3, 12, 19 and 2 in Jahangirpuri, one in Medipur. Their price ranges from 40.64 lakh to 1.27 crore.
LIG-
There are 25 flats in Dwaraka, 23 in Rohini, 3 in Narela Sector-A and one in Kondli Gharoli. Their price ranges from 17.54 lakh to 35.5 lakh.
EWS-
There are 276 flats in Mangolpuri, Dwaraka and 15 in Narela. Their price ranges from 7.55 lakh to 29.50 lakh.
How to apply
To buy flats, one has to apply online by visiting the DDA website. Before applying, you can visit the sample flat by visiting different sites. Fill in the application form if you like. After doing this, the flat will be allotted. DDA will have to pay the flat price within three months from the date of allotment. The DDA has tied up with 10 banks for the scheme. Through them you can collect application fees. 25 thousand for EWS category, one lakh for LIG and application fee of Rs 2 lakh for MIG and HIG.
