The most expected movie released today, “Brothers” starring, Siddharth Malhotra and Akshay Kumar in the male lead role, Jacqueline Fernandez in the female lead role and veteran actor Jackie Shroff will be appearing together on big screen this 14th of August, on account of Independence day. Dharma productions being the producer of the movie brings together Siddharth and Karan Johar for the third time.

Karan Malhothra’s venture in directing a movie is most awaited and is known to reveal the tale of David and Monty Fernandez, two brothers. They end up turning against each other where love turns out to be hatred and the brothers reach an extent where they remain ready to fight each other to death just to win against the other.

Both the actors have managed to put in a lot of effort to get a particular physique to suit their characters. While Akshay has already played several similar roles before, it happens to be the first of its kind for Siddharth. Siddharth also revealed that he underwent a lot of gymming and diet sessions in order to gain 12 kgs of weight and so did Akshay but to lose 12 Kgs. He also exclaimed that he happened to learn a lot from Akshay Kumar’s experience in playing such roles. The action that suited the role perfectly and those moves which made the scenes more impactful were better known by Akshay as said by Siddharth who also claims to have learnt a lot about team as well as time management from him.

Jacqueline as Akshay's wife in Brother

Jacqueline plays the role of Akshay’s wife and seems to have made justice to the role. Jackie Shroff is indeed a special add on during the movie. A special appearance by kareena kapoor in an item song with Siddharth adds more enthusiasm in the viewers. There are great expectations from the movie with respect to response from the audiences’ end.
