Fuel Price Today : In Delhi on Wednesday i.e. December 1, 2021 in Delhi VAT cut on petrol (Delhi Petrol Price Cut) has happened, so that petrol here has started selling cheaper from Thursday i.e. today, December 2. Yesterday, the Kejriwal government has reduced VAT on petrol from 30 per cent to 19.40 per cent, so that petrol has become cheaper by Rs 8 per liter here. These new rates have come into effect from midnight tonight. After this deduction, petrol is being sold in Delhi at Rs 95.41 per liter today. There has been no change in the prices of diesel here and this fuel is being sold at the rate of Rs 86.67 per liter. In this way, the price of petrol in Delhi has become cheaper than the petrol being sold in Noida, where its current rate is running at Rs 95.51.
If we talk about the overall petrol-diesel, then today is the 28th consecutive day in the country, when there has been no change in the prices of oil. Petrol and diesel prices in the country have remained stable since November 3. Despite the reduction in excise duty and VAT in most states, oil prices are still very high.
