At the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude for delivery in August fell by Rs 15, or 0.29 per cent, to Rs 5,097 per barrel with a business turnover of 5,769 lots. Globally, West Texas Intermediate crude oil fell 0.12 per cent to $68.37 a barrel in New York. Brent crude, considered the global standard, fell 0.20 percent to $ 70.77 a barrel.
