Gold Price: There is a continuous decline in the prices of gold and silver.

Gold-Silver Price Updates : There is constant fluctuation in the prices of gold and silver. On Thursday, there was a fall in the prices of both the metals in the global markets, which also affected the domestic prices. In the national capital, the price of gold fell by Rs 339 per 10 grams, after which the price of gold in Delhi came down to Rs 48,530 per 10 grams. In the previous session, the rate of gold was at Rs 48,869 per 10 grams.

Silver prices also fell. Silver had fallen by more than 1200 on Wednesday, on Thursday it decreased slightly but still it declined by Rs 475 per kg, bringing the price of silver to Rs 70,772 per kg. Earlier, the price of silver was at Rs 71,247 per kg.

Futures prices also fall

At the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver futures for delivery in July fell by Rs 726, or one per cent, to Rs 71,952 per kg. In this futures contract, trades were made for 11,853 lots. Globally, silver fell by 0.79 per cent to USD 27.98 an ounce in New York.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, gold for delivery in August fell by Rs 327, or 0.66 per cent, to Rs 49,274 per 10 grams. It had a business turnover of 12,352 lots. Globally, gold fell by 0.61 per cent to USD 1,898.30 an ounce in New York.
