Gold Silver Price Today: Gold and silver prices rose on Friday. The 24-carat gold price rose by Rs 745 to Rs 47067 per 10 grams. At the same time, the price of silver was Rs 45035 per kg. The price of this metal was Rs 42985 per kg a day earlier, which rose by Rs 2050 per kg.

Due to strong spot demand, speculators bought fresh deals, leading to a rise of Rs 217 to Rs 46,871 per 10 grams in the futures market on Friday. Gold for June delivery rose by Rs 217, or 0.47 per cent, to Rs 46,871 per 10 gram in the Multi Commodity Exchange with a turnover of 13,174 lots.
Gold for delivery in August rose by Rs 210, or 0.45 per cent, to Rs 47,054 per 10 grams, with a business turnover of 8,852 lots.
Market analysts said fresh buying by traders mainly led to rise in gold futures. Globally, gold rose 0.14 percent to $ 1,743.30 an ounce in New York.
