If a customer books an order and cancels the order later, then e-commerce companies will not charge any kind of charge, while the penalty has been provided on these companies for delivering other and inferior goods.
Under the Consumer Protection Act, companies have to provide all this information on their site for refund, exchange guarantee and warranty, and they will also have to tell in which country the product is selling. is .
