The NSE also tweeted about it that the NSE has multiple telecom links to the two service providers to ensure adequate connectivity. We have received information from both service providers that there are problems with their links, due to which the NSE system has been affected. We are working to fix the system as soon as possible.
In view of this, all the segments have been closed at 11:40 pm, and they will be restored once the problem is resolved.
The Nifty 50 index is up 113 points at 14,820 compared to the previous close, and the Nifty Bank remains at 35,626.60 with a bounce of 1.45 percent from 10:15 am. However, donations from Nifty and Nifty Bank Future are updating normally. The live price quotes of all the 11 sectors that NSE collects are also not being updated in the NSE due to technical glitches.
On Wednesday, the benchmark stocks of Indian stock markets were slightly up, with HDFC Bank, Reliance Industries, Bajaj Finance, Axis Bank, Larsen & Toubro, ICICI Bank and State Bank of India being the major ones.
We are working on restoring the systems as soon as possible. In view of the above, all the segments have been closed at 11:40 and will be restored as soon as issue is resolved.

Coal India was the biggest gainer in the Nifty, and its stock rose by nearly five per cent to Rs 143. Bajaj Finance, Indian Oil, Mahindra & Mahindra, JSW Steel, State Bank of India, Axis Bank, Hero MotoCorp, Eicher Motors, Reliance Industries and Ultratech Cement also gained one to two per cent.
On the other hand, shares of UPL, TCS, Gail India, Powergrid, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Infosys and Dr Reddy’s Labs declined by 0.6 to 2 per cent each.
