Balika Snatak Protsahan Yojana: Government will give 50 thousand rupees to the students who pass graduation, know how to avail benefits

Under this, the Bihar government has implemented the Mukhyamantri Balika Snatak Protsahan Yojana in Bihar. In this, an amount of 25 thousand rupees is given as an incentive to the students who pass graduation. Since before the Bihar elections, the Nitish government had announced that it would increase the amount given to the girl students when their government is formed. In such a situation, now the government will send 50 thousand rupees in the account of the passed girl students.

The Bihar government has launched this scheme under the Chief Minister Kanya Utthan Yojana (Mukhyamantri Kanya Utthan Yojana) in the state by the Education Department. The benefit of this scheme will be given to graduate students from colleges affiliated to the government and affiliated. In the year 2019-20, the education department had made a provision of two hundred crores for this scheme. Whereas in the financial year (2020-21) its budget has been increased to 300 crores. In this regard, the outline has also been prepared by the Department of Education. The cabinet is expected to get its approval soon.

Which documents will be required
While applying for the scheme, photocopy of any ID for Aadhaar card, identity card, passport size photo, bank pass book, address proof, and photocopy of marksheet will be required on passing the graduation.
