Dinesh Mohaniya; AAP MLA arrested in the middle of press conference
Police department on Saturday captured Dinesh Mohaniya, an MLA of AAP who supposedly struck a 60-year-old man at southeast Delhi’s Tughlaqabad region.
Arvind Kejriwal, Delhi CM tweeted with all due respect and blamed the Prime Minister Narendra Modi for threatening the MLAs of his assembly. He tweeted, ” Dinesh Mohaniya was caught from his press conference in front of all the media people. What note does Modi need to provide for everybody?” This came from Kejriwal just a day later when the central government reverted the 14 pending bills of the Delhi government. It just adds to the long progressing power struggle between the two governments.
In another tweet, he contrasted the captures with those made amid the crisis time frame under the administration of Indira Gandhi. In his tweet, he expressed that Modi has pronounced crisis in Delhi by capturing, threatening, striking and documenting false bodies of evidence against chose delegates.
Police sources said that Mohaniya was to be available at the police headquarters regarding a complaint recorded by a lady. The lady had blamed him for misconduct on Thursday. She said, “He pushed me and other ladies, mishandled us. We need a body of evidence against Dinesh Mohaniya, he ought to be captured.” Since Mohaniya did not achieve the police headquarters, the cops intruded on him while he was tending to a live press conference at his office in South Delhi.
Despite the fact that Mohaniya was pulled out of his administrative center by the Delhi police he said “Aap dekh sakte hain Police kaise gundagardi karke mujhe le jaa rahi hai.” (You can see the way I am being captured by the Delhi Police). As per the sources, it is said that he will be cross-examined by the Neb Sarai police. This is the second body of evidence enlisted against the Sangam Vihar official in one week.

Mohaniya, MLA of AAP denied all the charges laid on him and said, “BJP is attempting to occupy issue from MM Khan murder body of evidence by leveling false charges against me.”
